The law firm operates in Slovak Republic from 2 established offices, in Bratislava and Banská Bystrica.
The law firm specializes in significant bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings of high profile debtors. For the past years we have provided legal advisory in largest bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings and recovery of distressed assets, where we have advised inter alia in related areas of bank financing, structured financing, corporate restructuring, debt relief, including M&A.
In the field of M&A we provide legal support and counselling in case of entry of domestic and foreign investors into business companies, which part is also legal audit and support in sale and acquisition of the company or enterprise. During our legal counselling we focus primarily on economic and business interests of our clients and legal and financial recovery. Besides preparation of transaction documentation, our services also cover area of competition law.
