Practical guides for managers.
Main topics of the seminars:
- Termination of an employment from the current legislative and juridical point of view. Outplacement as one of the options.
- Practical experiences with Protection of Personal Data Act after a year of implementation.
- Changes in tax law, which you should be aware of. Selection from the jurisdiction and register of accounts closing
- What changes has new EU banking rules brought? Are new regulations effective and could they prevent recurrence of financial crisis?
