An important transaction, which was carried out with the support of our member CMS Slovakia, resulted in the successful sale of the Slovak company Austrian Airlines Technik Bratislava (ATB). This company was sold to the Dutch company SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance, expanding its business in Europe. Attorney Martina Gavalec led the transaction for CMS Slovakia.
